The University of North Alabama’s uniquely diverse demographics combined with the University’s authentic desire to be more inclusive offer a chance to craft new models of institutional change. Our goal is to enhance UNA's role in our region as an equitable and inclusive campus – one that encompasses acceptance and respect, understanding each other, and embracing and celebrating the rich dimensions of diversity within each individual.
